We guarantee the quality and reliability of our delivery services. If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery completion.

Eligibility for Refunds

  • Delivery delays: If your package was not delivered within the agreed timeframe due to our error
  • Service failure: If we failed to provide the service as described in your agreement
  • Package damage: If your package was damaged during transit due to improper handling by our team
  • Lost packages: If your package was lost while in our custody

Non-Refundable Services

The following situations are not eligible for refunds:

  • Delays caused by incorrect address information provided by the customer
  • Delays due to weather conditions, natural disasters, or other force majeure events
  • Recipient unavailability or refusal to accept delivery
  • Packages containing prohibited or restricted items
  • Services already completed successfully

How to Request a Refund

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed
  • Partial refunds may be issued for partial service failures

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package was damaged or lost during transit:

  • Report the issue within 48 hours of delivery or expected delivery date
  • Provide photographic evidence of damage (if applicable)
  • We will investigate the claim and respond within 5 business days
  • Compensation will be provided based on the declared value of the package

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your delivery service:

  • Full refund: Cancellations made at least 24 hours before scheduled pickup
  • 50% refund: Cancellations made between 12-24 hours before scheduled pickup
  • No refund: Cancellations made less than 12 hours before scheduled pickup or after pickup has occurred
