How to Request a Refund

Refund Processing

- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed
- Partial refunds may be issued for partial service failures
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package was damaged or lost during transit:
- Report the issue within 48 hours of delivery or expected delivery date
- Provide photographic evidence of damage (if applicable)
- We will investigate the claim and respond within 5 business days
- Compensation will be provided based on the declared value of the package
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your delivery service:
- Full refund: Cancellations made at least 24 hours before scheduled pickup
- 50% refund: Cancellations made between 12-24 hours before scheduled pickup
- No refund: Cancellations made less than 12 hours before scheduled pickup or after pickup has occurred
